After asking Josh for some help, I've gotten bigger, stronger, and in far better shape than I've been in the past. Josh gave me a nutrition plan to stay on throughout the upcoming months. After staying on the plan for the most part, Ive gotten stronger and much quicker. This is all thanks to Josh, who I plan on asking for far more advice regarding my physical health and fitness in the near future.

I started off my spring season being able to squat 285 and only bench 165. However with Coach Josh's hype and encouragement during our intense 6 week spring program, I was able to max squat 405 and max bench 205 by the end of our program. I also have gained about 15 healthy pounds thanks to his help!!!
